RETURN POLICY
New, unworn items can be returned to Joyeria Koras within 30 days of delivery. Please note that because all our personalized items are one-of-a-kind, those returns will incur a 30 percent restocking fee.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized items. If you would like to cancel your purchase, the restocking fee is 30% of the total amount of the item. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service at 6022993730.
Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request. It may take up to 6 weeks for the refund to return to the account you used to purchase your items.
